I've never been that into watching movies that are "so bad they're good" but it turns out I really enjoy listening to a podcast where three funny friends discuss exactly that. Or at least, they hope so. Sometimes the movies are actually pretty enjoyable, sometimes they are delightful train wrecks, but all too often they are in some terrible middle ground where the movie is bad, but not bad enough to stand out. That's okay though, because no matter which of those three categories the episode subject fits, these three peaches manage to find the humor and put it directly into our ears.
Purists insist on listening to every episode from the beginning, but I actually recommend looking through the extensive back catalog and picking an episode to try that is about a movie you've actually seen. I definitely don't recommend watching all the movies the hosts watch, but starting with a familiar subject will help you appreciate the level of scrutiny the guys bring, and I found it enhances the first experience with the show. And if you love it, you can always go back and listen to everything like I did. Although warning, the audio is hilariously bad in the early episodes--in fact many people hold this up as an example of what not to do when starting a podcast. Most shows aren't good enough to overcome the early production issues, but this one definitely is. That's why it has earned a spot in my Hall of Fame, just barely squeaking past my arbitrary requirement of 250 episodes for active shows.
